At The Wool Family, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping and return policies.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days from my studio in the Netherlands.

All packages are carefully packed to make sure your wool and kits arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most European orders arrive within a few days.

Please note: At the moment I am not shipping to the United States. I hope to offer shipping to the US again in the future.

Easy Returns

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, simply send me an email and I will guide you through the process.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Once I receive the returned item in good condition, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items that are damaged or not in their original condition.
