Why The Wool Family?
Needle felting has become my true passion. What began as a creative outlet has grown into a webshop full of beginner-friendly kits that make felting simple and joyful.
I proudly collaborate with Gijs en Brechtje Dagbesteding, a day program for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Together, we carefully pack each kit — a piece of social entrepreneurship that makes every order extra meaningful.
From carefully selected European wool to clear step-by-step instructions, each kit is tested and refined to give you the very best start.
I still try and tweak every design myself — because I believe that when a project works well, crafting becomes pure joy.

I’ve been there. In 2018, I bought a whole kilo of felting wool — and used maybe a handful. I wasted time, money and a lot of motivation.
