Our Christmas kits include carefully selected wool, the materials you need, felting needles and clear instructions. The exact contents vary depending on the project. You'll find a complete overview of what's included on each product page.

Our starter kits are designed to make getting started as easy as possible. The essential materials and tools are included, so there's no need to buy lots of extra supplies. Check the product description for any additional requirements.

You'll receive clear instructions to guide you through the process, step by step. Several of our Christmas kits also include a free video tutorial, so you can watch, pause and rewind whenever you need to.

Most of our needle-felted animals are around 10 cm tall, although sizes vary depending on the project. And because you're making everything by hand, your finished character might look a little different. That's part of the fun!

Can't wait to get started? We understand! Order before 8 PM on a working day and, under our usual delivery conditions, your parcel is expected to arrive the next day. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Of course! A Christmas kit makes a lovely gift for someone who enjoys being creative. And because all our Christmas kits are beginner-friendly, they don't need any needle felting experience. What could be better than giving someone a brand-new hobby?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €20! For smaller orders or international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Of course! Changed your mind? You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us at manon@thewoolfamily.com and we'll be happy to help. Once your return is registered, you'll have another 14 days to send your parcel back.
