Orders & Shipping
- What is the delivery time for my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For custom or special orders, the delivery time may be slightly longer, but I will always keep you updated! - Help, I’ve already placed my order but want to add something!
No worries! Just send me an email or a message, and we can add the item to your order. - Can I return my order?
Of course! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Just send me an email, and I’ll help you with the return process.
Products & Materials
- What’s included in a starter kit?
My starter kits include everything you need: the right wool, needles, clear instructions, and a handy foam mat to work on. Everything comes beautifully packaged, making it perfect for gifting too! - What types of wool do you use?
I primarily use Corriedale wool, which is great for both beginners and more advanced felters. The fibers are easy to work with, and the colors are beautiful—my favorite is 'Tadpole green'! - Are your products suitable for children?
Yes, but I recommend working with an adult, especially for younger children, as the needles are sharp. Felting together is a fun activity for all ages!

- Do you offer workshops?

Yes, I do! Currently, there’s a wait time of a few weeks. Email me at manon@thewoolfamily.com with your ideas, and we’ll discuss what’s possible. - I saw something on social media, but it’s not in your shop. Can I order it?
Some social media posts feature commission work, which I usually only make once. However, I’d love to work with you to create something similar and tailor it to your preferences! - Do you offer workshops on location?
Yes! I offer workshops for groups of 4 or more people at your home or in a studio space in Hilversum. Contact me via email to discuss prices and options. - Do you offer online workshops?
Not yet, but I plan to start offering online workshops in 2025. Keep an eye on my website and social media for updates!
